Privacy Policy
In short: I collect only what I need to get back to you and help your business. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them, and you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings. Marketing content by email, SMS or WhatsApp is sent only to people who explicitly ticked a box or said yes to it. I never sell data.

1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Nirodigital, a small business (Osek Zair) owned by Nir Vaishenker, Kochav Yair Tzur Yigal, Israel. Nirodigital builds smart solutions for businesses: AI agents, automations, CRM systems, chatbots and social media campaigns.
- Privacy contact email: Nirodig@gmail.com
- Phone or WhatsApp: +972 53 714 2298
In this policy, "I" and "Nirodigital" mean the party responsible for the data, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or contacts me through it.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers every page of www.nirodigital.co.il in Hebrew and English, the contact form, the site chat ("Keren"), and WhatsApp messages and phone calls that come through the site. Work for clients, for example data I process on behalf of a client's business, is covered by a separate agreement.
3. What data is collected
3.1 Data you give me
- Contact form and free audit: full name, phone number, email address and your message. Stored with them: that you confirmed reading this policy, whether you agreed to receive marketing content, the exact consent wording you saw, the time of sending, the policy version and the form language.
- Site chat ("Keren"): whatever you choose to write, including name, phone, email, business field, the task you want solved, budget range, a convenient time for a call, your answer to whether you want marketing content, and the conversation itself.
- WhatsApp and phone: your phone number, profile name and the content of messages or calls.
You are not required by law to give any of this data; it is up to you. Without contact details I can't get back to you or provide the service you asked for. Please do not share sensitive data (for example medical information or payment details) in the form or the chat.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit and the page requested. This is logged by the hosting company and by the providers that serve fonts and icons to the site, as part of normal operation and for security.
- Cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies always run. Analytics and marketing cookies run only after you accept them. Details in section 5.
4. Why I use data, and on what basis
| Purpose | Data | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Getting back to you, scheduling a call, preparing your audit and offering services | Contact details and the content of your enquiry or chat | Your consent when you contact me, and steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) for EU visitors) |
| Sending tips, content and marketing updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp | Name, email, phone | Prior explicit consent: an unticked box in the form, or a "yes" to a separate question in the chat (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Analytics and site improvement | Analytics cookies and browsing data | Consent in the cookie banner (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Advertising and remarketing: showing Nirodigital ads and content on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and measuring whether an ad led to an enquiry | Marketing cookies and browsing events, such as page views and enquiries sent | Consent in the cookie banner (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Security, remembering your cookie choice and keeping proof of consent | Technical data, the consent cookie and an anonymous consent record | Necessary to run the site and comply with the law (GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)) |
| Bookkeeping, legal obligations and legal defence | Client details and relevant correspondence | Legal obligation and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)) |
I do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file that the site or an outside provider stores in your browser. "Local storage" (localStorage) is a similar technology that stores data on your device. On your first visit a banner lets you choose Accept all, Reject or Settings by category. Until you choose, only strictly necessary items run.
- Strictly necessary: needed for the site and the chat to work and to remember your choice. They can't be switched off in the banner, but you can delete them in your browser settings.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from.
- Marketing: the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tags. If you accept, Meta and Google can recognise that your browser visited the site, later show you Nirodigital ads and content, and measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. These companies may combine this with other data they hold about you, for example if you are logged in to your account with them, under their own policies.
These are the cookies and local storage items found on the site in a check made on 25.09.2026:
| Name | Category | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
niro_consent | Strictly necessary | Nirodigital | Stores your cookie choice, the policy version and a random ID that does not identify you, as proof of consent | 12 months |
niroChatId (local storage) | Necessary for the chat | Nirodigital, "Keren" chat | Random conversation ID. Created only when you open the chat, so the conversation works continuously | Until you clear site data in your browser |
niroChatData, niroChatHistory, niroTipDone (local storage) | Necessary for the chat | Nirodigital, "Keren" chat | Kept only on your device after you use the chat: conversation details and recent messages so you can continue where you left off, and a flag that the welcome tip was shown or closed | Until you clear site data in your browser |
_ga | Analytics | Google (Google Analytics) | Distinguishes visitors for statistics | Up to 2 years |
_ga_P22PS0TVHS | Analytics | Google (Google Analytics) | Keeps the session state for statistics | Up to 2 years |
_fbp | Marketing | Meta Platforms | Identifies the browser for advertising, remarketing and ad measurement | 90 days |
_fbc | Marketing | Meta Platforms | Stores the click ID when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad | 90 days |
lastExternalReferrer, lastExternalReferrerTime (local storage) | Marketing | Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) | Stores the last outside source you came from, for ad measurement | Until you clear site data in your browser |
Google and Meta cookies are created only after consent to the matching category. Actual lifetimes may be shorter, depending on your browser.
Changing or withdrawing your choice: every page has a Cookie settings link at the bottom. Withdrawal applies from that moment and the cookies of the withdrawn category are deleted from your browser. It does not affect use made before. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences directly with Meta and Google. Their privacy policies: Meta, Google.
6. Advertising and remarketing with Meta and Google
I run campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). Only if you accept marketing cookies, data about your visit (for example a page view or an enquiry sent) is shared with Meta and Google for advertising and remarketing: building audiences of site visitors, showing Nirodigital ads and content, and measuring whether an ad led to an enquiry. Without consent this data is not shared with them.
After marketing consent, the Meta Pixel may also use "Advanced Matching": an email address and phone number you enter on the site may be sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can link the visit or enquiry to an ad. The text of your message is not sent to Meta.
I do not upload customer lists, emails or phone numbers to Meta or Google. If I ever do, it will be only with a proper legal basis or your consent, and I will update this policy.
7. Marketing by email, SMS and WhatsApp
I will send you tips, content and marketing updates only if you explicitly agreed: by ticking a separate, unticked box in the form, or by answering "yes" to a separate question in the chat. Accepting cookies is not consent to receive messages, and leaving your details so I can get back to you is not consent to marketing.
The consent covers all three channels: email, SMS and WhatsApp. Every marketing message will include a simple way to unsubscribe, by an unsubscribe link or by replying "הסר" (remove). You can also ask to be removed at any time by email or WhatsApp. For sending I may use delivery providers, for example Green API for WhatsApp messages, and email and SMS services.
8. The site chat ("Keren")
"Keren" is an AI virtual assistant, not a person. Its answers are generated with Claude by Anthropic. What you write in the chat passes through Make (make.com) to be answered, and if you leave your details they are stored as an enquiry in Airtable. Before the chat asks for your details it shows a short privacy note, and a separate question about marketing content. The conversation ID is created on your device only when you open the chat, and you can delete it in your browser settings.
9. Who the data is shared with
I do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with providers that help me run the site and the business, and only as needed:
| Provider | Why | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Make (make.com) | Receiving forms and chat messages and routing them to my work systems; logging cookie consent | Make's European server region |
| Airtable | Managing enquiries, clients and consent records | United States |
| Anthropic (Claude) | Generating answers in the "Keren" chat | United States |
| uPress | Website hosting and server logs | Netherlands |
| Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, advertising tags, Google Fonts) | Tag and font delivery; with consent only: analytics, advertising and remarketing | United States and other countries |
| Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, WhatsApp) | With consent only: advertising, remarketing and measurement. Also WhatsApp conversations when you contact me | United States, Ireland and other countries |
| cdnjs (Cloudflare), Simple Icons | Serving icons to the site (they technically receive your IP address) | Global server network |
| Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery providers (for example Green API) | Sending marketing content only to people who agreed, once sending starts | May be outside Israel |
Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it (for example a court or authority order), to protect legal rights, or if the business is transferred, provided the recipient keeps to this policy.
10. Storage outside Israel
Some providers store data outside Israel, for example in the Netherlands, the European Union and the United States. I work with providers that use accepted security measures, and transfers are made in line with Israeli law on transferring data abroad. For EU visitors: the European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection, and transfers to the United States rely on the mechanisms the providers operate.
11. How long data is kept
- Enquiries and leads (from the form, the chat and WhatsApp): 24 months, then deleted.
- Clients: 7 years, for tax, bookkeeping and legal defence.
- Consent records (marketing consent, unsubscribes, and the anonymous log of cookie banner choices): 7 years, so I can prove compliance and make sure people who unsubscribed get no further messages.
- Cookies and local storage: as listed in the table in section 5.
- Server logs: according to the hosting company's policy.
12. Your rights
- Access: ask to see the data I hold about you.
- Correction and deletion: ask me to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date, or no longer needed.
- Unsubscribe: ask me to stop sending you marketing content and remove you from the mailing list.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings, or withdraw marketing consent.
- EU visitors also have the rights to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to complain to their local supervisory authority.
- You can also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Requests: Nirodig@gmail.com or WhatsApp +972 53 714 2298. I may ask for details to confirm the request comes from you. I will reply within 30 days at the latest.
13. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to those who need it to serve you, accounts are protected by strong passwords and two factor authentication where available, and I keep only the data I need. No system is completely secure. If a serious security incident happens, I will act as the law requires.
14. Children
The site is meant for business owners, not children. I do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If such data was shared by mistake, contact me and I will delete it.
15. Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. When you go there, their own privacy policies apply.
16. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, for example when a new provider or cookie is added. Each update changes the version number and date at the top of the page, and if the change concerns cookies, the cookie banner will be shown to you again. This policy also has a Hebrew version. If the two differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
17. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: Nirodig@gmail.com, phone or WhatsApp +972 53 714 2298.
